Scope of Work
The scope of work involved the excavation and preparation of a 45,000 square feet (4,180 square meters) slab for the River District condominium development project with Wesgroup Properties. The primary objective was to create a stable and level foundation for the upcoming construction project. The excavation scope included slab excavation, mechanical trenching, 4ft backfill, leveling, and compaction. When necessary, soil stabilization measures were implemented to enhance the load-bearing capacity and stability of the excavated area. This included the addition of suitable fill materials, compaction, and grading to ensure a solid foundation for the slab.
