Scope of Work
Radius Excavation was responsible for the removal of 3500m3 stockpile from the designated site situated on Nurseries Road in UBC Campus. In order to effectively manage the project, Radius Excavation has devised a plan to arrange traffic management service, implement construction site safety measure, and provide cost-effective excavation service. Radius Excavation successfully completed the project within the allocated budget and ahead of the scheduled timeframe by 30%.
