Projects — Vancouver Underground Utility Services Improvement

Underground utility service line improvements across Vancouver.
Scope of Work
The scope of work entails a comprehensive underground utility service line improvements project in Vancouver. The primary objectives are to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the sanitary infrastructure by excavating, removing existing service lines, and replacing them with new ones. Additionally, the project includes the supply and installation of sanitary, storm, and new watermain services. The excavation process involves the careful and precise digging of trenches and excavating the designated areas to access the existing underground utility service lines. Excavation was performed in accordance with industry standards and local regulations to ensure safety and minimize disruptions. Once the new sanitary, storm, and new watermain services were successfully installed and tested, site restoration was undertaken. This involved backfilling the excavated trenches, compacting the soil, and restoring the surface to its original condition. Any necessary landscaping or site rehabilitation work was completed according to owner’s project requirement.
